KEYS- And Toto 2 Pet Sitting safeguards Client's keys by tagging and coding in a manner that offers protection to Client in the event of loss or theft. Following first time service, keys will be returned to Client, per their instructions. After a second service period, if Client chooses for And Toto 2 NOT to retain keys, there will be a $10 charge for pick-up and return of keys for all future service. Keys will only be returned personally to client. KEYS WILL NOT BE LEFT UNDER MAT OR OUTSIDE RESIDENCE.


NOTIFICATIONS- Client is required to notify And Toto 2 of the following:
  1. ) Anyone who has keys to or may be entering residence during Service Period.
  2. ) Client's return- Client MUST call And Toto 2 when they return from trip to end Service Period. For the welfare of the Client's pet, if an emergency situation arises where the Client cannot phone, we will continue to make and charge for visits, until Client has notified And Toto 2 that they have returned. 30 day notice must be given when ending daily walks.

VISITORS- And Toto 2 will not allow anyone into Client's home without prior notification from Client. Emergency personnel are only exceptions. Visitor must have identification. If any neighbor, family member, friend, or any other representative of Client's enters the Client's home during a Service Period, And Toto 2 is NOT responsible for damage or loss to property, including Client's pet(s).

FOOD & SUPPLIES- It is the Client's responsibility to provide an adequate amount of food for their pet(s) during Service Period. Client will be required to reimburse And Toto 2 for any costs for food or supplies, if needed. Client is responsible for ensuring that all collars and leashes fit properly and are safe for their pet(s). And Toto 2 will discontinue walking pet if the pet's safety is in jeopardy.

JOB SHARING- And Toto 2 WILL NOT "job share" with any acquaintance of Client's. This is for insurance purposes and to avoid any confusion.

PET AGGRESSION- Client is required to inform And Toto 2 of any history of aggression by their pet, prior to Service Period.
OUTDOORS- It is the Client's responsibility to ensure gates and fences are secure and safe for their pet. And Toto 2 is not responsible for injury, health, theft, or death of any pets left outside.
